2 Fresher Regional Health Trainer NGO Job Placements – BRAC International

alleviation Programs, is registered in Uganda as BRAC Uganda. The organization
implements integrated development approach combining Education, Health,
Agriculture, Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Carry our trainings of Project Assistants,
    CHPs, AHC and RHC.
  • The Regional Health Trainer will also provide
    in-service supportive supervision to CHPs and PAHs.
  • Supervise and monitor activities of health
    team within its communities of operation
  • Work closely with and strength collaboration
    with government based EHC
  • The incumbent will improve, build and
    maintain CHP capacity
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate for the Regional Health
    Trainer job opportunity should hold a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health
    related field.
  • At least one year of related work experience
  • Good training skills.
  • Good work relationships.
  • Skills in report writing
  • Excellent communication skills
