Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Carry our trainings of Project Assistants,
CHPs, AHC and RHC. - The Regional Health Trainer will also provide
in-service supportive supervision to CHPs and PAHs. - Supervise and monitor activities of health
team within its communities of operation - Work closely with and strength collaboration
with government based EHC - The incumbent will improve, build and
maintain CHP capacity
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Regional Health
Trainer job opportunity should hold a Bachelors of Science Degree in Health
related field. - At least one year of related work experience
- Good training skills.
- Good work relationships.
- Skills in report writing
- Excellent communication skills
