Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of initiating, monitoring and
overseeing the management and improvement of the home - Studying the operational system and advising
on appropriate intervention strategies. - The jobholder will be coordinating and
supervising the staff and activities of the home. - Accounting officer of the home
- In charge of initiating and developing the
budget of the home - Coordinating staff development programmes to
ensure quality of staff. - The jobholder will also be advising on the
organization of the home - In charge of designing and conducting
appropriate activities for the children. - Designing and sustaining a network strategy
with other stake holders
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants for the Probation and Welfare
Officer Career Opportunities should be Ugandans holding Honours Bachelor’s
Degrees in Arts, Social Sciences, Social Work and Social Administration,
or any other related disciplines or any other closely related disciplines
from a recognized Institution/University. - Age: Above 21 years
