Job Summary: The Data Manager will be focused on using IT as
the enabler to collect, store, transport, display, analyze and disseminate
information in support of our lines of business. The agents and analysts in the
field and headquarters, will expect the applicants to deliver timely, reliable
and effective IT solutions, providing accurate and actionable information to
those carrying out the Organisation’s mission. The jobholders will use IT to
enable the mission areas of our operation to perform at their highest
potential. They will also develop enterprise approach to integrate processes
and technologies. They will be tasked with the promotion of collaboration,
partnerships and information sharing. The Data Manager will comply with
necessary mandates. The incumbent will also provide outstanding customer
service. Leverage technology and science for innovative new solutions. The incumbent
will enable user communication, collaboration and cross-domain information
access through secure, enhanced and flexible networks. The jobholder will provide
enterprise users with standardized IT solutions and services using enhanced
infrastructure support provided by the Organisation.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants for the SHC Technology Officer
should hold good university degrees with an Honours class in information
technology or computer science. - A minimum of three years’ experience,
applicants who are over experienced are not encouraged to apply for this
job. - The applicants must be ready to undergo
medical examination and should be fluent in English and good at
mathematics. - Applicants who hold Cisco Certifications have
an added advantage. - Age: Below 27 years.
