Job Summary: The Tax Manager will oversee lead and manage
multiple operations of at our client’s tax shop and to deliver quality tax
services that will increase our firm’s reputation. You will serve as business
advisor to our clients aiming at maximizing engagement and achieving qualitative
outcomes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely filing of quarterly
returns, annual income tax return - Timely calculation and payment of quarterly
Advance Income Tax - In charge of addressing Income Tax
department’s queries and notices - Supporting the Accounts team for getting the
Tax Audit done - Preparing and submitting MIS reports as per
managements requirements - In charge of managing, planning and
overseeing of administrative resources; - Managing of Human resource issues for Tax
Guardian Limited - Manage clients and provision of Tax Advisory
services ; - Perform any other duties as may be assigned
to you from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold a BA
in Accounting or MA in Taxation, B.Com – Commerce - Proven working experience as tax manager
- Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax
compliance and all types of tax returns - Working knowledge of tax software and MS
Office - Good at meeting deadlines and solving
problems - Exceptional client service along with the
ability to develop excellent client relationships - Strong leadership and personnel management
skills - Analytical skills with detail orientation
- Excellent communication and networking skills
