Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Supervising, guiding and motivating, team
    with targeted plans for the sales team.
  • Motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward
    closure.
  • Provide the team with a vision of the project
    objectives.
  • Aggressively grow sales volume so as to meet
    sales monthly/ quarterly target.
  • Keenly monitor competitors’ market
  • Effectively plan own activities to ensure
    sales and revenue targets are met.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should preferably hold a
    Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or other related courses
  • At least five years of related work
    experience.
  • Age: 28-35 years
