Job Summary: The Relationship Supervisor – Women & Youth
will steer the acquisition and management of growth of deposits and loans
through serving more Women and Youth in Micro, Small and SME segments.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive the acquisition of risk assets and
liabilities from Women in Micro (Individual Women & Youth) businesses
as well as Women & Youth in SME Institutions / Sole proprietorships, - NGO’s & Women Organizations, Associations
(Investment Clubs, VSLAs, SACCOs and Groups etc.). - Keenly monitor daily activities on Mama’s
Safe accounts and generate activity/progress reports on new prospects. - The incumbent will also steer the profitability
of the Women segment by mining the value chains in Women & Youth
Associations, NGOS and SME’s for optimal value to both customers and the
bank. - Manage all Women desk related business
relationships with the Bank e.g arranging meetings / calls and
presentations as well as attending to enquiries. - Ensure Women & Youth customers and their
value chains have access to a full range of Bank Products and services to attain
a cross sell ratio of at least 2 (products utilization) : 1 (customer). - Work in liaison with the Treasury team,
branch management teams, Regional management and other functions to
develop, and execute customer requests. - Act as the Women and Youth desk sponsor
within the bank to assure high levels of client service, appropriate lines
of credit, and resolve documentation issues that could arise. - Stay abreast with financial market
developments of relevance to clients for efficient provision of financial
services.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree from a recognized university - At least three years’ experience in a similar
position in a busy organisation. - A high level of business acumen and
understanding of Women relationship management. - Broad knowledge and understanding of sales
management and good understanding of banking business - Good computer skills (should be well
conversant with MS office)
