Job Summary: The Regional Manager Western will be in charge of coordinating,
monitoring and evaluating the implementation of branch work plans/ activities
in line with regional set targets and bank policy

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will plan, co-ordinate and
monitor Branch logistical support/needs like staffing, stationery,
equipment etc. in line with the budget and business plan. - Coordinate implementation of the regional
marketing strategies for bank products in line with set targets, business
plan and bank policies. - Keenly monitor and review all aspects of
compliance to established policies, procedures and risk in the respective
branches, and implement incident reporting as per policy - Regularly review and recommend appropriate
amendments to both credit and Banking policies and procedures in line with
strategic plan and best practice. - Set targets for business growth (Lending
& deposit) per Branch, monitor Branch performance in line with set
targets and operations business strategy and Bank’s corporate plan. - Actively monitor the implementation of customer
service policies and make appropriate recommendations in line with the
Banks customer service standards and strategy to increase the banks market
share. - Stay abreast with latest market trends in the
markets and advise customers - Recommend changes to meet customer business
expectations and pricing based on customer value profitability and usage
of bank services - Implement a robust customer visitation
programme to achieve clear understanding of key customer business needs. - Manage performance and development of staff
in line with HR policies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Centenary Bank Regional
Manager Western job opportunity should hold a Bachelor’s degree in any
discipline. Possession of a postgraduate qualification is an added
advantage - A minimum of five years’ experience in a
Branch Management role - Business analytical skills
- Leadership and People Management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good conflict management skills
- Team building and management of diverse
stakeholders - Performance management skills
- Proven ability to undertake market
intelligence in order to deal with Competition - Ability to operate within Limited resources
to meet business requirements in a given time-frame.
