- The Graduate Trainee will manage the aikan
jobs social media platforms which include Facebook, Instagram, twitter and
Tumblr. - Welcome guests and resolve guest problems
quickly and courteously. - Conduct market research on our competitors’
products and pricing, keep up to date with current trends on job portals
and keep aikan HR Uganda Limited informed. - Regularly respond to jobseekers queries
regarding registration and uploading resumes on the aikan job portal. - Manage petty cash
- Actively participate in posting jobs on the
aikan job portal. - Create employer accounts when required.
- Take part in downloading applications for
posted jobs.
- The ideal candidate for the Graduate Trainee
vacancy should hold a university
degree from a recognized institution. - Proven ability to adapt to different
functions and activities. - Demonstrated ability to work under minimum
supervision. - Ability to deliver set results while adhering
to organizational values and standards of professionalism. - Basic computer knowledge.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively.
