Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will recommend amendments and additions
or deletions to existing procedures arisen through the audits Operational
activities
Carry out continuous, monthly, quarterly and
half yearly audits as necessary for the Bank.
Undertake spot checks and assist in any
special investigations
Ensure completeness of any audit assignments
as delegated from time to time by the Manager Internal Audit, including
the management of the filing and maintaining of adequate audit trail in
the working papers file.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

The applicant should ideally hold an Honours
Degree in Accounting
Possession of professional qualification in
Accounting CPA(U)/ACCA is mandatory.
Proficiency in CISA or Computer forensics
would be highly desirable
At least five years’ experience in a
supervisory position in either Audit, Risk, Compliance (preferably in a
banking environment).
