Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Manager, Engineering will oversee
structure integrity and quality assurance - The incumbent will also ensure installation
standards are met and maintained and Tower specs adhered to - Keenly review and update Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) as deemed necessary - Conduct structural analyses using the
prescribed software - Manage the allocation of resources for all
projects and provide guidance for the team by defining best practices for
the team. - Perform any other assigned duties. These may
change from time to time because of the dynamism of the industry.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should be a Certified
Civil Engineer - A minimum of eight years of related work experience
- Previous experience in Tower business,
Operations, Leasing, Real Estate an added advantage - Prior experience in writing and implementing
test plans - Broad knowledge and understanding of testing
methodologies - Detail oriented with the ability to maintain
a high level of quality
