• Tutor at undergraduate level in areas
  allocated by the Dean of Faculty/Head of Department
• Conduct research, teaching, mentoring, and
  administration within the Faculty of Business.
• Actively engage with the broader scholarly
  and professional communities.
• Significantly contribute to the development,
  planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum.
• Render support in the development of learning
  materials and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement
  and attendance.
• Supervise or assist with supervision of undergraduate
  and taught graduate (Masters) students.
• Actively participate in departmental and
  faculty seminars aimed at sharing research outcomes and building
  interdisciplinary collaboration within and outside the department.
• Take part in the development, administration
  and marking of exams and other assessments
• Provide pastoral care and support to
  students.
• Actively participate in the administration of
  the department’s programs of study and other activities as requested.
• Significantly contribute to departmental,
  faculty, wide working groups or committees as requested.
• Maintain own continuing professional
  development.
• Perform any other official duties assigned by
  the supervisor.

• The applicant should hold a Postgraduate qualification
  at Master’s level in Business Statistics from a recognized Institution of
  Higher Learning.
• The incumbent should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
  Degree in Statistics with at least an upper second from a recognized
  Institution of Higher Learning.
• Prior University teaching experience at the
  rank of a Lecturer or an Assistant Lecturer for at least two (2) years, or
  Tutorial Assistant for at least three (3) years.
• Must have at least one scholarly article or
  publication OR should have undertaken at least one research paper.
• The applicant must be self-motivated.
• The applicant must be a mature and committed
  Christian.
