Job Summary: The Institutional Marketing Supervisor will
primarily coordinate and supervise all the marketing activities at the
different institutional levels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
  • Organize and attend events, campaigns,
    activations and exhibitions at institutions;
  • Routinely analyse proposals for sponsorship
    for institutional projects;
  • Keenly analyze market research information
    & competition trends at the different institutions to assess demand,
    brand positioning and awareness;
  • Supervise all promotional materials at all
    institutional events & other programs;
  • Work in liaison with institutional heads on
    marketing programs;
  • Manage periodic analysis of institutional
    marketing efforts and campaigns.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:  
  • The ideal candidate for the Institutional
    Marketing Supervisor vacancy should hold BBA-Marketing or any other
    business related course with a major in marketing;
  • At least three years of professional work
    experience;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration
    skills;
  • Proven marketing leadership & ability to
    influence cross-functional teams;
  • High degree of professionalism;
  • Willingness to work long hours without
    supervision including on public holidays and weekends;
  • Good Customer care and relationship skills.
