Job Summary: The Health Facilities Coordinator will act as the
primary focal person for the equipment distribution process. The jobholder will
also be responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and implementing the
distribution process itself. The incumbent will ensure that the disbursement
process is in line with current MOH protocols, in collaboration with the DHO’s
office in 4 districts across South Karamoja.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Health Facilities
Coordinator job opportunity should hold a Clinical degree in nursing,
medicine or related field - A minimum of five years’ experience of
working in health related projects in a challenging environment. - Previous experience in health service
delivery/management preferred. - Significant experience of working in
partnership with District Health Teams and local government. - Strong technical capacity, excellent
personnel management skills, leadership qualities, mediation and facilitation
skills. - Additional training in Public Health, Health
Service Management or Health-related field is an asset. - The candidate must be proficient in both
spoken and written English. - Possession of a valid motorbike permit (Class
A) is desirable.
