Job Summary: The Head of Human Resources will be responsible
for the planning, implementing and are
accountable for the key outputs that directly impacts the strategic direction
of the bank.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Head of Human Resources should hold a bachelor’s
degree with an HR specialisation - Possess of a relevant master’s degree or P.G.
Diploma with an HR bias - Membership to HR professional bodies is an
advantage - A minimum of five years hands-on experience,
three of which at a management level in an institution with over 150
employees. - Working knowledge of manpower planning,
performance management, staff development, leadership & motivation of
staff are essentials.
