  meter.
• Checking the intraocular pressure by
  Tonometer.
• Taking Patient History.
• In charge of checking Subjective Refraction
  and Radioscopy.
• Checking color blindness.
• Checking EOM (Extra Ocular Movements and
  Pupil Reaction)
• Contact Lens fitting and dispensing.
• Cataract Investigation: A – Scan, B – Scan, IOL Master,
  Keratometry, Syringing and Specular Microscopy.
• Glaucoma Investigation: Autoperimetry, OCT
• Orthoptics Investigation: Squint Workup, Synaptophore,
  Hess-Charting, Diplopia Charting and Retinoscopy.
• Posterior Segment Evaluation: Fundus
  Fluorecin Angiography, Posterior Optical Coherence Tomography, B – Scan,
  Pachymetry.
• Cornea Evaluation: Zyoptix Workup, Aberropia Workup,
  Orbscan, Aberrometry and Anterior Segment OCT, Contrast Sensitivity, W4DT
  (Worth 4 Dot Test), Schirmer test for Dry Eye.
• Handing over the case sheets to next
  department.

• The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Certificate
  /Diploma in Nursing/optomethology
• A minimum of one to two years hands on
  working experience as an optometric nurse
• The applicant must have worked as a nurse in
  an Eye Hospital
• Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in MS
  Office, excel, word etc.
• Broad knowledge and understanding the
  Business and its practices 
• Achieving Results on time
• Serving the Customer and understanding their
  needs
• Teamwork, integrity and innovation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication
  skills and proper communication channels
• Strategic Planning and proper scheduling of
  tasks given
• Adopts a proactive approach with an ability
  to work on own initiative with limited supervision, while recognizing
  issues that require referral
• Fluent in English and other local languages
