Job Summary: The Front Desk Officer will provide versatile
secretarial and administrative support as required by management at the front
desk

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and guide visitors to the office.
- The incumbent will receive and channel
incoming telephone calls at the reception to the respective staff. - Ensure proper customer care in management of
Project Beneficiaries while at the reception. - Be informed and provide information to
beneficiaries and visitors. - Ensure compliance to work policies and procedures.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Responsible for maintaining proper and
accurate records at the reception
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Front Desk
Officer career opportunity should hold a Degree in Office management,
Secretarial studies, records management, information management or related
discipline from a recognised institution. - The applicant should have one year of relevant
work experience in service in a busy place.
