Front Desk Officer
Uganda Limited (IAU) is a non-governmental humanitarian national organization
established in 1988, and duly registered with the NGO Board and NGO Forum. IAU
is actively involved in programs geared towards the protection and improvement
of lives of disadvantaged people living in urban and rural areas in Uganda and
in the Great Lakes Region. InterAid Uganda is focused on its thematic areas of
Rights Protection, Education, Livelihood & Food Security, Health
(HIV&AIDS; Malaria; Maternal and Reproductive Health), Water, Sanitation
& Hygiene (WASH), Environment and Disaster Management and good Management
and Governance systems.

- Receive and guide visitors to the office.
- The incumbent will receive and channel
incoming telephone calls at the reception to the respective staff.
- Ensure proper customer care in management of
Project Beneficiaries while at the reception.
- Be informed and provide information to
beneficiaries and visitors.
- Ensure compliance to work policies and procedures.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Responsible for maintaining proper and
accurate records at the reception
- The ideal candidate for the Front Desk
Officer career opportunity should hold a Degree in Office management,
Secretarial studies, records management, information management or related
discipline from a recognised institution.
- The applicant should have one year of relevant
work experience in service in a busy place.
