• Designs and rolls out of the ministry-wide
  risk management framework
• Develops risk management policy, procedures
  manual and designs risk management forms
• Compiles risk identification forms from the
  Team Leaders and Support Team Leaders in preparation of Risk Registers
• Ensures the numbering system of reports is
  operational and the filing system for the risk management department is
  up-to-date
• Undertakes annual risk management activities
  and trains new Team Leaders on the Risk Management Process
• Mentors and supervises the Internal Audit
  Assistant in the preparation of the Audit file for the assignment
• Takes part in the preparation of the Annual
  Audit and Risk Management Plan
• Actively participates in the Watoto group
  budget preparation and provide guidance on budgetary control.
• Significantly contributes to the preparation
  and update of the training schedule

• The Internal Audit Senior (Risk Management)
  should preferably hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• A minimum of two years working experience, a
  risk related position in a reputable organisation, preferably with an
  audit firm
• The applicant should either hold or be undertaking
  professional course i.e. ACCA or CPA
• Computer literacy and familiarity with the
  Audit software and accounting packages
• Strong work ethic
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and
  work with people from different backgrounds
