Baptist Association is a Christ-centered association of churches committed to
fulfilling the great commission as mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew
28:16-20. They are currently working in partnership with Compassion
International in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them
from poverty in Jesus name.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Community Development Officer –
Sponsor/Donor Ministry will serve as a Christian role model for the
children, their families and communities. - Prepare and submit monthly reports to the
project leadership and other partners. - Manage the process of Child Development as
per management guidelines
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants should hold a diploma in any
of the following; Social Work and Social Administration, Social Sciences,
Development Studies, Education; Communication, Records Management and any
related disciplines. - If married, properly wedded in an evangelical
church. - Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer literacy skills
- Basic organizational skills
- Age: Between 22-35 years
