Job Summary: The Barrister will be responsible for serving all
products with friendly individualised attention towards each customer. The incumbent
will also be responsible for educating customers about our premium coffees and
Teas.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all customers are educate on our
products and services - Maintains the highest quality, consistent
product standards - Follows all company drink recipes and
procedures - Passes monthly re-certification in a timely
manner - Develops an understanding of coffee and tea
regions and the various differences in flavour and blends - Proficiently prepares blended and cold drinks
provided by the store
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a relevant academic
degree in Catering. - At least two years’ working experience with a
busy Restaurant. - Excellent presentation skills and dynamic
personal skills - Adaptability
- Innovation
- Judgment
- Decision-making
- Stress tolerance
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- The applicant should be a resident of Mbale
