Job Summary: The Chef will be responsible for all food
production including that used for restaurants, banquet functions and other
outlets. The incumbent will also develop menus, food purchase specifications
and recipes. S/he will also develop and monitor food and labor budget for the
department. The incumbent will maintain highest professional food quality and
sanitation standards but also mentor staff.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

coordinates the work of cooks and other kitchen employees to assure that food
preparation is economical and technically correct and within budgeted labor
cost goals.
