Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of sourcing and bringing to Board
Quality incremental new relationship to the Bank as per budget. - Perform sales activities on major products
and negotiate sales price and discounts in consultation with Head of
Branches. - Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and
monthly revenue streams. - Develop specific plans to ensure revenue
growth in all CASA products.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business from a recognized university preferably in marketing - At least five years’ experience in the banking
in the credit / Marketing field. - Good presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills - Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Microsoft
Office applications.
