and organization development. We specialize in developing and strengthening
organization systems through research and information interpretation,
behavioral and attitude change, Staff training, Recruitment, and R & D.
They would like to recruit for a valuable client in the food industry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • In charge of preparing management accounting
    reports with supporting analytical commentary,
  • In charge of budget preparation and business
    planning
  • Prepare periodic Key Performance Indicators
    (KPI) and analyses
  • In charge of business risk analysis
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and funds
    management analyses,
  • The incumbent will evaluate financial
    feasibility of business proposals
  • Prepare and submit periodic department
    reports.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s
    degree either in Commerce, Business Administration or professional
    Accounting qualifications i.e. CPA or ACCA,
  • At least five years’ experience, two of them
    managing at a senior level,
  • Good budget preparation and business planning
    skills
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • Flexible to work longer hours, people with
    varied educational levels, and travel
  • Computer literacy i.e. working knowledge of
    Microsoft office applications, MS Excel, Power Point and MS Word
  • Ability to work independently under tight
    time lines
  • Fluent in English and two local languages.
