Job Summary: The Promoters will be tasked with generating public
interest and consumer demand for all the company brands and products.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct country wide intense market
activation campaigns; - Responsible for ensuring display of
promotional materials i.e. Banners, Teardrops, Standees and fliers at all
events organized by the company; - Inspire market confidence in company brands
& products through rigs, events and any other company activities; - Provide product samples, coupons,
informational brochures, and other incentives to persuade people to buy
products; - Actively participate in the development of
promotional activation projects; - Collect required field information ( about
competition, market conditions); and - Providing product awareness/knowledge to
customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The Promoters should hold a Diploma in
Business, Journalism, Mass communication or any other related course; - A minimum of one year of related work experience;
- Excellent communication and collaboration
skills; - Good customer care and relationship skills;
- Highly flexible;
- Willingness to travel within the country;
- Willingness to work long hours without
supervision including on public holidays and weekends; - Age: Below 30 years
