Job Summary: The Sales Representatives will be responsible for driving
the sales for Movit products across Uganda. The incumbent will work directly
with the Area supervisor to ensure that products brands are strong in their
area, generate revenue by developing market potential through lead generation,
and most importantly closing sales to hit targets as well as support the
implementation of after-sales services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate products to potential customers
and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs; - Achieve maximum sales profitability by
ensuring close of sales; - Develop and maintain business relationships with
current customers and potential customers; - The Sales Representative will collect
required field information (about competition, market conditions); - Actively follow-up on payment collections;
- Expedite the resolution of customer
complaints with the supervisors; - Implement the sales strategies plans;
- Providing product awareness/knowledge to
customers.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidates for the Sales
Representative Jobs should hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with a bias
in sales/marketing; - The applicant should have one or more years
of sales work experience; - Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets;
- Significant experience with and ability to
effectively work with teams; - Ability to manage inventory and after-sales
service processes; - Outstanding written and verbal communications
skills in English & key languages spoken in your region; - Strong organization and critical thinking
skills; - Ability and a drive to work independently;
- Humility, honesty & flexibility;
- Willingness to work long hours without
supervision including on public holidays and weekends; and - Age: Below 32 years
