Job Summary: The Contact Center Executive will attend to all customer
queries and provide appropriate solutions within agreed response time so as
contribute to providing Superior Customer Care.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should have completed school
    with at least a Diploma
  • Knowledge /qualifications in IT, Computer
    science and Telecom engineering is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant telephone etiquette.
  • The applicants should have a passion for customers
    and customer experience.
  • Comfortable with the use of headset
  • Ability to operate in a performance driven
    organization
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Trainable attitude.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good typing and computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced
    environment.
  • Sets high personal standards and is goal
    oriented.
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral
    and written.
  • Enthusiastic, upbeat personality; mature,
    professional demeanor.
  • High degree of flexibility and ability to
    handle stress.
  • Fluency in the English language; Luo,
    Lugbara, Swahili, Ateso are at an added advantage.
  • Age: Below 27 years
