Baptist Association is a Christ-centered association of churches committed to
fulfilling the great commission as mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew
28:16-20. They are currently working in partnership with Compassion
International in the Ministry of Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them
from poverty in Jesus name.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Project Director will serve as a Christian
role model for the children, their families and communities. - Prepare and submit monthly reports to the
project leadership and other partners. - Manage the process of Child Development as
per management guidelines
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicants should hold a degree/diploma
in Social Work, Social Sciences or any related disciplines. - Previous exposure and current knowledge of
HIV/AIDS intervention will be an added advantage. - Previous exposure and experience in financial
accounting. - Additional skills in Project Planning and
Management will be an added advantage. - If married, properly wedded in an evangelical
church. - Computer literacy skills
- The applicant should have a personal
relationship with Jesus Christ - Age: Between 24-35 years
