Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is anticipating to implement the
USAID-funded Integrated Health Activity in Northern Uganda. This project aims
to increase utilization of health services through increased availability of
and accessibility to health services, improved quality of health services and
increased availability of resources for public sector health services. Key aims
of the program are reduction in HIV infections, total fertility, maternal and
child mortality, malnutrition, malaria and tuberculosis (TB).

Summary: The Clinical Advisors will support the Director of Health Service
Delivery in the design and implementation of a range of high impact health
interventions at project supported health facilities, including in HIV/AIDS,
MNCH, FP/RH, malaria, TB, and nutrition.

Advisor Vacancies should must hold an Advanced degree in medicine or relevant
field;

A minimum of eight years of mid to senior level
experience providing technical assistance on donor funded health programs;

Previous exposure and experience in Uganda and/or
East Africa region in the design, management and implementation of similarly
large donor-funded health programs;
Previous exposure and experience in Uganda and/or

·
Prior experience in the design and implementation
of clinical support activities in public health facilities in Uganda;
Prior experience in the design and implementation

Expertise in one or more of the clinical service

Strong verbal and written communication skills;
