dispatch goods to user; - Dispose off undesired or obsolete goods in
accordance with PPDA law and regulations, and organisational disposal
procedures; - Prepare for the annual stock and other taking
exercises; - Quickly respond to audit reports and implement
agreed recommendations within specified time frames; - Develop risk matrix and put in place risk
mitigation measures in the management of supplies at UNRA; - Actively participate in planning, budgeting
and reporting in line with departmental guidelines and targets. - Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager

management, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance or any other
relevant degree from a recognized University; - At least three years’ experience in stores
and supplies management in a large organization. - Computer literacy skills

develop subordinates; - Excellent interpersonal, particularly staff/management
relation skills - Excellent oral and written communication
skills. - Excellent customer service;
- High level of Integrity.
