MITSU Elevator Africa (U) Limited was founded in January, 1987. With years of
development, it has become one of the largest manufacturing and selling
enterprises for elevator and escalator in China.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will determine annual unit and
gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and
results.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and
developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected
sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements national sales programs by developing
field sales action plans.
The job holder maintains sales volume, product
mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing
trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by
monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Building working relationships with key business
stakeholders
Ensure that all Sales goals and targets are met
Perform any other duties assigned by the managing
director or general manager.
Skills and Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree in BBA/B.Com
Possess excellent negotiation skills
A minimum of five years’ experience in sales
marketing, elevator and escalator industry work experience will be given a
priority
Computer and CAD skills
Fluent in both English and Kiswahili language
Age: Between 30-
45 years
