Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The ideal candidates for the Professor
    career opportunity should hold PhD in Food Processing Technology or a
    related field.
  • Also, the applicants must hold an
    Honour’s Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Discipline or equivalent
    qualification.
  • A minimum of ten articles in
    refereed journals three of which shall be vetted.
  • A minimum of ten years of
    teaching/research experience three of which must have been at
    Associate Professor level or equivalent position.
  • The applicant must have
    successfully supervised at least one doctoral and three Masters
    student’s to completion.
  • Evidence of winning research
    grants and patents is an advantage.
  • Computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership
    and interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of integrity.
