• Prepare and submit periodic procurement performance
  reports in line with the Procurement policy, guidelines and standard
  operating procedures.
• Source for items required by customers and
  oganisation.
• Responsible for procuring items as per the
  purchase requisition generated in ERP and based on day to day customer
  requirements
• Actively monitor and manage supplier
  performance and advice management on any potential risks.
• Evaluate supplier performance and submit
  report to line manager for appropriate action.
• Maintain an updated data bank of standard
  contract forms and other procurement related data and information.

• The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
  Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BCOM, Procurement, and
  Logistics. Pharmacy, or Nursing, in any other relevant/related field
• Professional qualifications in Chartered
  Institute of Procurement (CIPS) is a must/requirement
• A minimum of three years’ experience in a
  busy procurement environment
• Skills and knowledge in Forecasting and
  Quantification
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical Skills
• Risk management skills and knowledge
