Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will work closely with other heads
of departments to develop annual hiring goals - Manage the roll out of initiatives and ensure
implementation and application of programs - Responsible for the overall management of HR
administration systems for medical schemes - Identify and manage metrics to help monitor
trends in employment practises.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Human Resources - At least five to eight years of progressive
HR experience - Strong business acumen and integrated
thinking - Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
