Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidate should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. - Be a registered member of a recognized HR
professional association. - At least five years’ experience in a similar
capacity. - Possess excellent people management, oral and
written communication skills. - Broad working knowledge of Labour laws in
Uganda and Rwanda.
