Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is anticipating to implement the
USAID-funded Integrated Health Activity in Northern Uganda. This project aims
to increase utilization of health services through increased availability of
and accessibility to health services, improved quality of health services and
increased availability of resources for public sector health services. Key aims
of the program are reduction in HIV infections, total fertility, maternal and
child mortality, malnutrition, malaria and tuberculosis (TB).

Job
Summary: The Grants Manager will offer
support to the Director of Finance and Operations in the oversight of the
project’s grant program, including adapting systems and tools, creating and
issuing RFAs, forming evaluation committees, issuing grant agreements and
monitoring grantee performance on a regular basis.

degree or certification in accounting, finance or business management.

Previous experience in Uganda and/or East Africa
