Summary: The Debt Recovery Officer will keenly track
and resolve clients with outstanding payment issues

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follow-up on payment
commitments made to ensure compliance - Regularly
monitor delayed payments and
other irregularities - Investigate all clients’ claims of financial difficulties this
will include physical visits to clients or their guarantors - Send
reports on suspected fraud
or security concerns - Enter detailed
conversations notes on clients’ accounts - Prepare
and submit reports on failed
delinquent accounts to supervisor - Support the security team
with motorcycle recoveries
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
applicants for the Debt
Recovery Officer job opportunity should hold a Diploma
in finance or a similar field - Additional qualification in
legal knowledge is an advantage - One
year of debt collection experience - The ideal candidate must
hold values similar to our own Integrity, Empathy, Teamwork, Solution-Oriented and
Always growing - Possess
good listening and verbal
skills. (Ably communicate in at least in 2 local languages) - Excellent negotiation,
mediation and rapport skills - Very persistent and
hardworking - High
