Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is anticipating to implement the
USAID-funded Integrated Health Activity in Northern Uganda. This project aims
to increase utilization of health services through increased availability of
and accessibility to health services, improved quality of health services and
increased availability of resources for public sector health services. Key aims
of the program are reduction in HIV infections, total fertility, maternal and
child mortality, malnutrition, malaria and tuberculosis (TB).

Summary: The Finance Manager will support the Director of Finance and Operations
to manage the USAID project’s accounting system, design and implement internal
controls and manage project accountants.

accounting, finance or business management.

Previous experience in Uganda and/or East Africa
