Emerging Markets USA, Ltd. (Cardno) is anticipating to implement the
USAID-funded Integrated Health Activity in Northern Uganda. This project aims
to increase utilization of health services through increased availability of
and accessibility to health services, improved quality of health services and
increased availability of resources for public sector health services. Key aims
of the program are reduction in HIV infections, total fertility, maternal and
child mortality, malnutrition, malaria and tuberculosis (TB).

Summary: The Director, Health Systems
Strengthening will support the COP in the design and implementation of key
health systems strengthening (HSS) activities directed towards District Health
Teams (DHTs) and project supported facilities.

The applicant should preferably hold an advanced
degree in public health, medicine, management or relevant field

A minimum of eight years of mid to senior level
project management experience on donor funded health programs

Extensive knowledge and experience in the design
