Summary: The Director, Finance and
Operations will be mainly responsible for the overall financial management and
administration of the Baylor International Pediatric AIDS Initiative (BIPAI) program
activity.

Qualifications,

The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Master’s
Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field
OR a professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant.

At least eight years of progressive experience in
increasing roles of responsibility and oversight of procurement, logistics,
human resources, finance, and accounting of large-scale, complex, international
programs, including experience in managing donor funded subcontracts/grants
