- Provide oversight and guidance to ensure
alignment with company growth strategies and financial results. Contribute
to the development and implementation of strategic plans for the region. - Manage sales and improve business
performance. Secure long term supply agreements with major customers. - Manage product life cycle and replacement
process including stock level planning in conjunction with the relevant
business areas. - Conduct market surveys and sales trend
reviews to identify customer needs relative to existing products and new
product requirements. - Identify potential business risks.
- Identify and develop new business
opportunities and creative solutions in application of company products in
the industry - Stay abreast with current market trends,
monitor customer activities and gather market information, grow customer
base, customer accounts, manage debt collection and sales budget. - Ensure that the value of BOC is correctly
presented to customers through effective use and co-ordination of
specialist resources from within the company. - Implement best commercial practices.
- Manage SHEQ including accidents/incident
prevention, investigation and resolution, customer site safety.
Participate in all company SHEQ programs.
- The ideal candidate will should hold a business
or technical degree as a minimum and extensive experience in sales and
marketing. - Proven ability to operate in a regional
environment - Excellent track record of successful business
accomplishments. - The applicant must also be customer-focused
and results-driven, with high performance and team orientation. - High business acumen, visible leadership,
decision making, cross cultural communication and strong growth drive
