Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The ideal candidates for the Associate
Professor career opportunity should hold a PhD in a relevant field - Also, the applicants must hold an Honour’s
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Discipline or equivalent qualification. - A minimum of five articles in refereed
journals three of which shall be vetted. - A minimum of six years of teaching/research
experience three of which must have been at senior lecturer level or
equivalent position. - The applicant must have successfully
supervised at least one doctoral and three Masters student’s to
completion. - Evidence of winning research grants and
patents is an advantage. - Computer literacy skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal
skills. - High degree of integrity.
