Job Summary: The Research
and Development Officer will mainly be responsible for working together with
the marketing and production teams in planning, initiating product development
strategies, testing and application for finished products; improve on already
existing products and research on clay products to come up with new product
designs to meet customer requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

tests for the finished products to ensure that they meet the required
standards.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The Research and Development Officer should
preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Ceramics.

A minimum of three years’ experience in a
manufacturing company.
