Summary: The Professor Research Capacity
Building will lead research capacity building development in Uganda and
positively impact the quality of nursing & midwifery care in developing
health care settings. Opportunity exists to build the teaching and research
capacity of local faculty and prepare graduates for a broad range of employment
contexts including rural and remote regions and the recently announced Aga Khan
University Hospital which will be built in Uganda.

record in research and academic scholarship.
