Handling Services, ENHAS has been in existence since April 1996. Along the years, our
clientele has grown from 5 Airlines to 19 regular scheduled Airlines, and many
more special flights. To develop quality services, ENHAS have organized to be
certified by IATA Airport Handling Manual 804 where we enter into Service Level
Agreements, ISAGO (IATA safety Audit for Ground Operations) which acts as a
model for operational risk and safety management, DGR (Dangerous Goods
Regulations) training centre thus we offer training for dangerous goods and,
very recently by RA3 to screen cargo only from validated entities as required
by EU regulations.
Job Summary:  The Procurement Officer will be in charge of coordinating
the procurement function in line with company procurement policy and
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
Procurement Management;
Ensure the development and continuous review of
procurement guidelines, procedures and systems;
Regular review and process procurement requisitions,
disposal requisitions and orders within purchasing authority;
Prepare bid / solicitation documents and compile
procurement requirements and documentations on a timely j basis;
Prepare purchase orders and ensure all supporting
documentation are approved at the appropriate levels;
Evaluate quotations, bids and proposals received to
determine satisfaction of contract specifications, completes evaluation
recommendation package and administer award;
The incumbent will also administer contract
performance; including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance;
Render support in the development of specifications
for equipment, goods and services to be purchased;
Guide suppliers and user departments/units on
procurement procedures;
Work closely with Accounts/ Finance section, ensure
timely payments to suppliers;
Develop and maintain database of good and reliable
suppliers for different categories of goods and works;
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly and quarterly
procurement reports;
Actively monitor internal procurement systems and
processes; and ensure that compliance is achieved across the organization;
Stores Management;
Undertake the day to day supervision of the stores
service and staff to deliver a customer focused service in accordance with
agreed procedures;
Facilitate periodic checks of the quantities of
materials held in stock in accordance with standing orders;
Ensure stock issues are properly authorized and in
accordance with established policies and procedures;
Ensure accurate accountability of all transactions
to and from the stores;
Ensure the stores area is kept clean, tidy and free
from hazards;
Perform any other duties that may be assigned.
Qualifications, Skills and
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain / Logistics Management;
A minimum of five years’ experience, two (2) of
which are at mid-level supervision in a busy procurement department;
Broad working knowledge of procurement procedures
and systems,
Computer literacy skills with proficiency in using
office applications and E-mail.
