In charge of managing retailers and installers accounts
by ensuring that all installer and retailer agents IBS account balances are in
line with their duly signed up contractual agreements
Ensure that physical stock balances in the stores
reconcile to the system balances at all times and that any variances can be
traced and cleared within a 30 day period
Ensure timely stock issuing and shipping
Processing purchase orders
In charge of receiving deliveries and reconciling
delivery notes with purchase orders
Recording serial numbers of ail stock issued where
applicable
Oversight and management of swap and project stock
Place stock in designated areas for ongoing
projects.
Monthly stock take and reconciliation of stock
In charge of testing returns and repair equipment
Arranging repairs and returns with manufacturers and
suppliers
Experience:
The Stock Controller should hold a Bachelor’s degree
in a business related field
A minimum of three years stock control working
experience in a dynamic service company Excellent computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to demonstrate a drive for results with a
professional approach.
Demonstrate high level of integrity, work ethic, a
proactive and positive attitude
Age: Below 35 years
