in the West Nile Region where we cover the five districts of Nebbi, Arua,
Yumbe, Moyo and Adjumani.
Job Summary:  The Marketing and Brand Manager will be in charge
of marketing Bee Natural’s products, provide public relations to internal and
external clients, drive and draw business volumes and revenue generation whilst
maintaining good customer service quality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
The incumbent will develop marketing and sales
strategy, and activity plans annually.
·        
Prepare and monitor the department’s budget.
·        
Actively promote BNU brand.
·        
Carry out promotions and advertising.
·        
Conducting market research.
·        
Conduct consumer surveys on a monthly basis.
·        
Manage public relations.
·        
Updating and providing information for the website.
·        
Represent BNU at trade fairs, Associations and other
functions.
·        
The job holder will develop pricing structures and
payment options
·        
Work closely with distributors to ensure efficient
product distribution
·        
Mentoring and training staff in product knowledge
and customer care.
·        
Assess and identify training.
·        
Prepare and submit monthly marketing and sales
reports for management.
·        
Approve and prepare adverts and develop standard
formats.
·        
Mentor, supervise and manage staff in the department.
·        
Prepare objectives and targets for departmental
staff.
·        
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chief
Executive Officer.
Key Performance Indicators:
·        
Ensure marketing materials are aligned with all brand
and company objectives.
·        
Customer service policy framework Brand Policy

·        
Have knowledge on existing services to ensure best
brand representation.
·        
BNU branding and related marketing materials developed
and distributed
·        
Quarterly and annual reports on marketing activities
produced and disseminated
·        
Media relationships well-coordinated.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or any other related field. Master’s
degree in a relevant field or Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)
accreditation or Post graduate qualification in Marketing
·        
A minimum of five years’ experience in marketing,
branding and consumer related service experience.
·        
Significant experience in the design and execution
of marketing, communication and public relations activities.
·        
Prior experience in developing and managing budgets
·        
Past experience in managing research processes
Strong communication skills, in written, presentation, oral communications and
interpersonal skills.
·        
Strong leadership skills.
·        
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
·        
Excellent track record of honesty and integrity
Analytical skills.
·        
Working knowledge of performance and sustainability
reporting
·        
Consumer focused
·        
Business understanding
·        
Good managerial/supervisory skills
·        
Excellent interpersonal skills
