organization. We deliver team building retreats, conferences and have a range
of training modules. We specialize in strategic planning, resource
mobilisation, change management, HR consulting, project management,
organizational strengthening and performance management. Some of us our clients
include MTN, Belgium Technical Cooperation, Knight Frank, Grant Thornton,
USAID, Uganda Aids Commission, International Medical Group, Vodafone and the
Britannia Group. BBB specializes in enhancing the performance and productivity
of client’s work force and empowering organizations’ to deliver real change.
They would like to recruit for a valuable client, a well-established
manufacturing company situated in Uganda, Kampala.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·        
Responsible for HR administration and management
·        
In charge of performance management
·        
Responsible for HR Policy development
·        
In charge of Employee Engagement and Talent mobility
·        
People and culture communications
·        
Recognition and Reward HR Information Systems (HRIS)
·        
Manage staff benefits and Payroll
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The ideal candidate should hold at least a degree
qualification in HR (Masters preferred) from a well-known institute
·        
The Human Resource Manager/ Industrial Relations
Manager should have at least three years’
·        
Human Resource experience
·        
Strong HR management experience in a reputable blue
chip organisation
·        
Significant experience in trade union management and
cooperation
·        
Ability to implement human resource policies and
procedures
·        
Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
·        
Lead / motivate others
ability to multi-task and have high aptitude, ability to learn systems and
application quickly
·        
Broad awareness of Uganda employment law and
implication
·        
Versatile and competent in current HR practices and
policies
·        
Excellent interpersonal skills
·        
Demonstrated ability to write high quality reports
·        
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·        
Broad working knowledge of the Ugandan market and
proven work experience in cultural context of  
East Africa
·        
Computer literacy i.e. experience using MS Power
point and Word, internet and email
·        
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
