Coordinator

and the inequity that cause it.
Office Assistant will be responsible for the daily operations of the front
desk, administrative support, inquiry handling, guest relations and perform
clerical functions of the front desk and effectively implement administrative
policies of ActionAid Uganda
The incumbent will receive and respond to all
ActionAid visitors’ inquiries, phone calls and correspondence.
Provide timely information on ActionAid Uganda’s services
to visitors.
Provide logistical support to staff and AAU’s
visitors in line with approved travel plans, AAU Policies and Procedures.
Provide Customer service and support the
Administration Coordinator with basic administration roles.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Administration
Coordinator
Experience:
The ideal candidate for the ActionAid Front Office
Assistant should hold a Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial
studies, Office Management, Procurement and Logistics.
At least two years’ professional experience in Front
Desk Management and Administration function in a busy organization.
Excellent interpersonal, diplomacy and problem
solving skills
Excellent communication skills.
Good Administrative skills
Good customer care skills.

confidentiality
