and organization development. We specialize in developing and strengthening
organization systems through research and information interpretation,
behavioral and attitude change, Staff training, Recruitment, and R & D.
They would like to recruit for a valuable client, an Audit Firm.
In charge of reconciling finance accounts
Maintaining spreadsheets
In charge of credit control.
Preparing statutory accounts
Responsible for the cash allocation
Sales order processing
Managing daily post in and out
Handling and writing cheques
In charge of receiving and processing all invoices,
expense forms and requests for payment.
Verifying calculations working with the Accounts
system
Reconciliation of Direct Debit mandates
Managing petty cash transactions
Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy
should hold a B Com, BBA, CPA or ACCA.
A minimum of four years of related accounting experience
Familiarity of the workings of an office.
Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping
Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with
customers and external contacts
Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to,
and sometime implement own processes
Good numerical ability
Ability to work independently under tight timelines
