Windle Trust
Uganda (WTU) works in partnership with the UNHCR in various Refugee Settlements
operation areas in Nakivale, Oruchinga, Kyaka, Kiryandongo, Arua, Adjumani and Rwamwanja.
Job Summary: The Finance and
Administrative Assistant will support the Education Project Officer in the
provision of technical, financial and administrative management to project
staff and ensure proper accounting records for all financial transactions of
the project are maintained. The job holder will also prepare and submit periodic
financial reports to the Finance and Administration Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicants should hold at least hold Diplomas in
UDBS in Finance and Accounting
·        
A minimum of two years of proven experience in effective
and efficient management of Funds.
·        
Excellent planning, analytical, conceptual and
organizational skills.
·        
Ability to motivate staff and students to perform
maximally and a good team-player.
·        
Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in the use of Office
software (MS Word, Excel, and Power Point) required.
·        
Ability and willingness to live, work, travel in fast-paced
and difficult environment adhering to strict security guidelines.
·        
Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision.
