Job Summary: The HR Business
Partner will effectively coordinate UAP Insurance activities like recruitment, reward,
recognition and staff welfare under the direction of the HR Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
The incumbent will manage the recruitment process
which includes preparing advertising, liaising with the print media for
publishing, receiving CVs, shortlisting and setting up interviews. The process
also includes arranging for medical examinations, preparing acid discussing
letters of offer, probation evaluations and orientation programmes.

Maintain an up-to-date reeord of job descriptions and
the relevant grades within the company. .
·        
Ensure the production of the in-house magazine
·        
The job holder will also organize and coordinate the
staff events e.g. sports day, Christmas party, briefings etc.
·        
Mentor and supervise the office assistants and the
switchboard operators
·        
Coordinate the administration of the staff medical
scheme
·        
Maintain an up to date knowledge system of the HR
statistics
·        
Manage the UAP talent pool programme
·        
Work in liaison with departments to ensure that all the
necessary documentation for each new employee is promptly filled in their
personal files.
·        
Take part in conducting orientation and induction
training for new staff
·        
Actively monitor performance of new staff, within
the grades falling within the jurisdiction serving probation period and liaise
with departmental heads in respect of their confirmation to permanent
employment.
·        
Prepare and submit all the HR analytics reports.
·        
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Human Resource
and Administration Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should hold a Degree in Human
Resources. Possession of a postgraduate qualification in Human resources or any
other related field is an added advantage.
·        
At least three years of related HR experience
